Items in stock will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days. You should receive the order within 3-5 business days (please refer to Delivery Times below for more specific information on delivery).
If the item is on backorder or you are placing a hand-made custom order then your order will be shipped out in 3 - 6 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges or returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
