¿Puedo cambiar o devolver si he pedido una talla equivocada?

Sí. Siempre que no haya usado los zapatos, puede cambiarlos por otra talla o modelo, o hacer una devolución. Aceptamos cambios o devoluciones en un plazo de 15 días a partir de la fecha de entrega. Tenga en cuenta que los zapatos deben estar en perfecto estado (sin estrenar, sin ensuciar ni estropear). Para evitar ensuciar los zapatos al probárselos por primera vez, pruébeselos sobre una superficie suave y limpia, como una alfombra o papel (no periódico).

¿Cuándo se prevé que reciba mi pedido?

If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped. You should receive the order within 3-5 business days (please refer to Delivery Times below for more specific information on delivery).If the item is on backorder or you are placing a hand-made custom order then your order will be shipped in 2 - 5 weeks. We use Canada Post as our standard shipping method to ship all over the world.Delivery Times:

For claims within the first three months, shoes or boots will either be repaired, replaced, or a full credit (based on the original purchase price) will be issued toward a new pair of shoes. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. For claims made within the second six month period, partial credit will be issued (based upon the original purchase price and extent of wear) toward the purchase of a new pair.
