Thursday, March 27, 2025: Warm-Up Party & Welcome Social

The excitement kicks off with a Welcome Social at Thomsons Restaurant in the Hyatt Regency. From 9 pm to 2 am, the dance floor will be buzzing as attendees meet, mingle, and set the tone for an unforgettable weekend. Special guest DJ Edwin Rivera from Los Angeles will be dropping beats that will keep the crowd moving all night long.

Friday, March 28, 2025: Competitions & Local Showcase

The competition heats up on Friday as dancers take the stage for a full day of high-energy performances, featuring amateur and professional categories, as well as solo showcases and team battles.

The evening brings a Local Showcase at 8:30 pm, shining a spotlight on Calgary’s best talent alongside international guest performers. Expect passionate routines, technical mastery, and the kind of energy that will have the audience on its feet.

Saturday, March 29, 2025: Workshops & Gala Night

Saturday is all about leveling up your skills and experiencing world-class performances. The day begins with optional workshops from 10 am to 5 pm, where top instructors from across the globe will be sharing their expertise.

As night falls, it is time for the International Showcase & Gala Night, where some of the most renowned salsa and bachata artists will take the stage. The competition continues with Pro-Am performances and championship-level battles before the night transitions into non-stop social dancing until 3 am across multiple rooms.

Sunday, March 30, 2025: Grand Finale & Jack 'N' Jill Competition

The final day is packed with even more workshops and high-energy competitions, leading up to the Masters Jack 'N' Jill Competition at 11 pm. This exciting event pairs instructors with dancers in a fun and unpredictable format that always delivers some of the most exciting moments of the weekend.

And of course, the weekend ends the same way it began—with more social dancing! The floor stays open until 2 am, giving everyone one last chance to soak in the magic of CISC 2025.
