Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges or returns within 15 days of the delivery date; shoes must be in brand new conditions (unworn, not soiled or damaged) in original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
To avoid soiling shoes when trying them on for the first time use a clean soft surface such as carpet or paper (not newspaper).

Once we receive the item, we will verify its condition and only then we can determine if the returned item qualifies for an exchange, credit or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your own cost.
CUSTOM or "MADE TO ORDER” SHOES
We offer a unique customization service with the ability to pick material, color, style, height and the shape of the heel for both men and women.
These customizations are made at each customer's request and marked as "Made to Order" shoes. It may take up to 4 to 5 weeks to produce the "Made to Order" shoes.
Please note that all our 'Made to Order' products are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable. We accept exchanges only on customized shoes in common colors such as skin, tan, and black. A special exception may be made on custom shoe exchanges for returning customers.
We charge 20% restocking fee on Made to order shoes or any exchanges requested 30 days after delivery of the order.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
