Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges or returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Note that shoes must be in brand new condition (unworn, not soiled or damaged), in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
To avoid soiling shoes when trying them on for the first time, try them on a clean soft surface such as carpet or paper (not newspaper).

Once we receive the item, we will verify its condition and determine if the returned item qualifies for an exchange, credit, or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your own cost.
CUSTOM or "MADE TO ORDER” SHOES
We offer a unique customization service with the ability to pick material, color, style, hell height and shape for both men and women.
These customizations are made at the customer's request and marked as "Made to Order" shoes. It may take up to 4 to 5 weeks to produce the "Made to Order" shoes.
Please note that all our “Made to Order” products are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable. We accept exchanges only on customized shoes in common colors such as skin, tan, and black.
There is a 20% restocking fee on “Made to Order” shoes or any exchanges requested 30 days after delivery of the order.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
