The much-awaited 18th edition of the Montreal Salsa Convention, the hottest summer event, is here again and we are thrilled beyond words. To help you get familiarized with all things Salsa (the dance, not the sauce), we have prepared a "Preparation Guide". Keep reading!

From May 18th to the 22nd 2023, the Montreal Salsa Convention will be hosted at Doubletree by Hilton Montreal (previously known as the Hyatt Regency Hotel), promising to bring the heat with an all-Latin program. The convention offers a plethora of workshops in Salsa, Bachata, Zouk, Kizomba, and other styles, catering to all levels of expertise. There are also various free activities, such as shows and dance classes, along with competitions for both amateurs and professionals. Moreover, the night-time festivities include dancing to some of the most popular DJs in town. Curious about performers? Here are some dancers who will perform in this amazing event ;

  • Carine & Rafael ( 8 time world Salsa Champion)
  • Diego&Gabby ( 3x World Bachata Champion, 3x World Salsa Champion, 5x National Champion in Mexico)

The Canadian Salsa Dance Corporation, a non-profit organization, is the host of the event, which seeks to promote music, dance, and Latin culture while uniting a diverse audience.
